The Greenwich Library Oral History collection consists of more than
750 interviews about the history of Greenwich, Connecticut.

Interview cassette tapes may be audited at the Oral History office by appointment.

Nearly all the oral history interviews have been transcribed and indexed. A cumulative index of and a subject guide to the oral history collection are available at the library. Transcripts may be read at the Oral History office and in the Local History reference section of the Greenwich Library.

The Project has also published interviews of the broadest interest in
134 books, which circulate at all Greenwich libraries. At the Greenwich Library,
the books may be found on the Oral History bookstand, as well as on the circulating nonfiction and local history reference shelves.

Selected recent interviews are available to be read at the library as illustrated
White Notebooks. They may be found on the Oral History bookstands at the Greenwich Library.
